सब्जी के भाव ज़रा से बढ़ते हैं, तो आम आदमी सब्जी खरीदना ही कम कर देता है. कई बार तो सब्जियों के दाम 100 से 200 रुपए किलो तक हो जाते हैं. ऐसे में गरीब लोग तो सब्जी खाना ही बंद कर देते हैं. लेकिन अगर आप सोचिए कि सब्जी का दाम 1 लाख रुपए किलो हो जाए तो क्या देश में लोग सब्जी खरीद पाएंगे. आप सोच रहे होंगे कि 1 लाख रुपए किलो की सब्जी ऐसा तो हो ही नहीं सकता. लेकिन, आपको ये बात जानकर हैरानी होगी कि बिहार का एक किसान एक ऐसी सब्जी की खेती कर रहा है, जिसकी कीमत करीब 1 लाख रुपए है.
इस सब्जी को खरीदने के लिए दुनिया के अमीर लोग भी एक बार जरूर सोच में पड़ जाएंगे. इस सब्जी का नाम है हॉप-शूट्स. इसका इस्तेमाल खासतौर पर बीयर में फ्लेवरिंग एजेंट के तौर पर किया जाता था. इसके साथ ही अब इसका इस्तेमाल हर्बल मेडिसिन और धीरे-धीरे सब्जी के रूप में भी होने लगा है. ऐसा माना जाता है कि ये एसिड मानव शरीर में कैंसर सेल्स को मारने में प्रभावी भूमिका निभाते हैं. अपने इस गुण की वजह से ये दुनिया की सबसे महंगी सब्जी.
इस सब्जी की खेती बिहार के औरंगाबाद जिले के एक किसान जिनका नाम अमरेश सिंह है, उन्होंने की है. बता दें कि हॉप शूट्स’ और इसके फूल को उसे ‘हॉप कोन्स’ कहते हैं. इसके फूल का इस्तेमाल बीयर बनाने में किया जाता है, जबकि बाकी टहनियों को खाने में सब्जी के तौर पर इस्तेमाल किया जाता है.
आईएएस अफसर सुप्रिया साहू ने ट्वीट कर बताया, कि दुनिया की सबसे महंगी सब्जी हॉप-शूट्स की खेती बिहार के औरंगाबाद जिले के निवासी अमरेश सिंह कर रहे हैं. भारत में की जाने वाली यह इस तरह की पहली खेती है. सुप्रिया साहू का मानना है कि भारतीय किसानों के लिए ये सब्जी गेम चेंजर साबित हो सकती है. लोग इस पोस्ट पर अपना रिएक्शन दे रहे हैं.
